**Eterno Apartments in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul**

Eterno Apartments, located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, were completed in December 2023. 

This marks the first Asian project by the renowned Spanish architect Rafael Moneo. Moneo is a globally celebrated architect, having received the prestigious Pritzker Prize, often referred to as the "Nobel Prize of Architecture," as well as the Royal Gold Medal from the Royal Institute of British Architects, which has a history of over 170 years.

The development covers a site area of 3,202㎡ (approximately 969 pyeong), with a building coverage ratio of 39.46% and a floor area ratio of 294.97%. The total floor area amounts to 20,630㎡ (approximately 6,241 pyeong). The building comprises 29 units across 4 basement levels and 20 above-ground floors. The sale prices are among the highest in the country, averaging around 2 billion KRW per 3.3㎡.

The layout of the Eterno Apartments is as follows:
- Floors 2 to 5: 4 loft type units, 83 pyeong each (Type A: 273.96㎡, Type B: 273.38㎡).
- Floors 6 to 16: 22 single-level units, 74 pyeong each (Type A: 243.17㎡, Type B: 244.81㎡, Type C: 244.85㎡).
- Floors 17 and 18: 2 luxury loft type penthouses, 104 pyeong each (344.45㎡).
- Floors 19 and 20: 1 super loft type penthouse, 147 pyeong (488.18㎡).

Situated along the Han River, all units offer a northern view of the river.

Directly in front of the complex is the newly developed Cheongdam Underpass. The Cheongdam Neighborhood Park is about a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the area is surrounded by major shopping and cultural landmarks, including the Galleria Department Store Luxury Hall, Cheongdam Luxury Street, Apgujeong Rodeo Street, COEX, and Hyundai Department Store's Trade Center Branch.

Ricardi Aston Cheongdam Confirms Sangji Caelum Co., Ltd. as Final Construction Company.

Astor Development, a real estate developer, has recently signed a construction contract with Sangji Caelum Co., Ltd. for the new “Ricardi Aston Cheongdam” project. Construction is set to begin in the first half of 2024, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2027.

Poised to become a new landmark in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, “Ricardi Aston Cheongdam” will feature a 20-story high-rise with 4 basement levels, consisting of 12 officetel units with exclusive areas ranging from 172 to 206 square meters. Notably, the design includes a super high-rise structure reaching a height of 105 meters, making it the tallest building along Yeongdong-daero.

Sangji Caelum Co., Ltd., the confirmed construction company, is recognized as a first-generation builder leading the luxury residential market in Korea.
